Steve has experience with transactional analysis, planning, and compliance in all facets of governmental regulation within multiple industries. He represents clients before the IRS, FTB, and other taxing authorities. Steve has worked for various firms in Southern California including: The Ayco Company (A Goldman Sachs Company), KPMG LLP, and Warnick, Maestas, & Maroney, Inc.
